How to Place an Order
Existing customers may place a purchase order by emailing a formal purchase order to email@example.com or faxing it to 573-986-9499.
New customers may reach out to our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or 573-986-9400 for quick and easy onboarding. The new customer setup form is required for billing terms or we can process your order by credit card to speed up the process.
Purchase orders should contain:
- A purchase order number
- Valid Schaefer’s part number
- Requested quantity
- Current pricing/most recent quote number
- Ship-to location
- Preferred shipping method
We strive for order acknowledgement within 24 hours of receipt of PO. We look forward to serving you!

How To Check the Status of Your Order
You may check the status of your order at any time by calling 573-986-9400 or emailing email@example.com and a member of our Customer Service Team will respond to your request. An automatic email with tracking information will be sent at the time of shipment to the same email address as the order acknowledgment.
