After many years with the company, Rob still appreciates the dynamic, diverse problem-solving environment within the manufacturing field—each day presents new challenges in both personal and technical aspects of the job. Hearing from customers that Schaefer’s exceeds expectations and is easy to do business with is the sign of a job well done. The value and appreciation that Schaefer’s shows its employees and customers is something he takes pride in.

In addition to his duties at Schaefer’s, Rob is a volunteer firefighter/first responder. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Tonya, and two sons, James and Will. To stay active he scuba dives, snowboards, runs, and hunts.
